We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and clearance rules.
Submit Online Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.
Pack and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items. Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post office or red street posting box.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your St Frock store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
